These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://appquantum.vc 
(the “Site”) and the submission of applications for the AppQuantum VC investment program (the “Program”).

By using the Site or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms.

 

 

1. Purpose of the Site

The Site provides information about the AppQuantum VC investment program and allows interested companies and individuals to submit applications for consideration. Submitting an application is an expression of interest only and does not create any contractual, investment, or partnership obligations for AppQuantum.

 

 

2. Application Review

  • All applications are reviewed at AppQuantum’s sole discretion.
  • We may request additional information, but we are under no obligation to provide feedback or enter into further discussions.
  • Submission of an application does not guarantee selection or participation in the Program.

 

 

3. Accuracy of Information

By submitting an application, you confirm that:

  • All information you provide is true, complete, and accurate to the best of your knowledge;
  • You have the authority to submit the information on behalf of your company or project;
  • You will promptly inform us of any material changes to the information provided.

 

 

4. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights in your project, game, or application remain with you or your licensors unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • By submitting an application, you grant AppQuantum a limited right to review and evaluate the submitted materials solely for the purposes of assessing your application.

 

 

5. Confidentiality

We understand that your application may include sensitive information, such as pitch deck links, P&L data, build or gameplay videos, and other proprietary materials. AppQuantum will:

  • Treat all such information as confidential;
  • Use it solely for the purposes of reviewing and assessing your application;
  • Share it only with our employees, contractors, and advisors involved in the evaluation process, all of whom are bound by confidentiality obligations;
  • Not disclose it to any third party without your prior written consent, unless required by law.

 

 

6. No Obligations

By submitting an application, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • AppQuantum is not obliged to enter into any agreement, make any investment, or otherwise proceed with any form of collaboration as a result of your application;
  • AppQuantum is not obliged to review, consider, or respond to all applications;
  • Any discussions or communications following submission of your application do not constitute an offer or binding commitment by AppQuantum unless expressly stated in a written agreement signed by both parties.

 

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Site and the Program are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind;
  • AppQuantum will not be liable for any loss, damage, or costs arising from your use of the Site or participation (or non-participation) in the Program;
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Site.

 

 

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
